Built by chamber people
EngageUSA wasn't designed in a boardroom. It grew out of years of real ambassador work — logging points, chasing RSVPs, and watching good contributions go unnoticed.
Our story
EngageUSA exists because tracking member engagement with notebooks, spreadsheets, and memory doesn't do justice to the people showing up. We built the platform we always wished our chamber had.
Meet the founder
Josh Wilson has spent years as an active ambassador with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce in Georgia, while managing technology and cybersecurity for the chamber through his company, Push Motion LLC — building real-world solutions for businesses since 2010.
In 2020, he was named Ambassador of the Year for his dedication and impact. He'd seen the ambassador program from every side: the director keeping score in a bulky notebook, the volunteers whose luncheon set-ups and new-member visits vanished into end-of-year guesswork, and the annual banquet where recognition depended on whoever kept the best notes.
EngageUSA started as the fix for his own chamber — points that roll into leaderboards on their own, events that check people in by QR code, rewards members actually want. Today it's a platform any chamber can shape into its own program, and that director's notebook is retired for good.

What we believe
EngageUSA wasn't designed in a boardroom. It grew out of years of real ambassador work — logging points, chasing RSVPs, and watching good contributions go unnoticed.
One flat rate per chamber with unlimited members. Your program should be able to grow all year without your bill growing with it.
Activities, point values, rewards, program year, branding — all configurable by your team, with sensible defaults out of the box.
Leaderboards, streaks, badges, and tiers are designed so every kind of contributor gets seen — not just the loudest voices in the room.
Dream Tally is Push Motion's youth engagement app, built around the Reality Check program — a hands-on thought experiment of adult life that chambers run inside their county school systems. Students work through real decisions about careers, paychecks, budgets, and the trade-offs between them.
What was once a time-intensive, paper-based exercise becomes a streamlined digital experience: students move through stations faster, interact more meaningfully with the community leaders volunteering at each table, and chambers get a repeatable program that deepens their school partnerships.
Dream Tally will join EngageUSA as an add-on program — the same way Referral Groups extends the platform — so the volunteers staffing Reality Check stations can even earn ambassador points for the day.
