As a long-time ambassador with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce in Georgia, Josh has experienced the challenges and rewards of chamber life. In 2020, he was named Ambassador of the Year for his dedication and impact. This passion for community engagement inspired Josh to reimagine how chambers can work smarter. While managing technology and cybersecurity for the chamber, he developed practical solutions to reduce staff workload without compromising the personal connections chambers are known for. From these efforts, EngageUSA was born.
