Who it's for

Keep your YP group alive between events.

Younger members don't disengage because they don't care — they disengage because nothing pulls them back on a Tuesday. Points, streaks, and challenges give them a reason.

How young professionals use EngageUSA

Young Professionals groups use EngageUSA to turn participation into a weekly habit: small point values for frequent actions like coffee meetups and social shares, streaks that reward consistency, seasonal challenges, collectible badges, and QR check-in at every event.

The problem

Energy spikes at the mixer, then goes quiet for a month.

  • Strong turnout at events, no touchpoints between them
  • Members drift in their first year before they ever really plug in
  • Social reach happens but never gets counted or credited
  • Guests come once, have a great time, and are never seen again

How it fits

The configuration that fits a YP group

High-frequency, low-friction points

Social tags, coffee check-ins, one-to-ones, and mixers in the 5–25 point range — earn something small, often.

Streaks with grace periods

Reward showing up every month, with milestones at 3, 6, and 12 — and grace so a vacation doesn't zero someone out.

Seasonal challenges

Run a Spring Social Blitz or Summer Connector push with its own leaderboard and reward.

Shareable badges

Collectible achievement badges designed in-app and built to be posted, not just collected.

Spin wheel at events

Check in by QR, spin for bonus points or prizes — and guests can play, which makes it a lead-capture moment.

Public leaderboard

Embed the standings on your site and post a monthly Top 10.

The outcome

What changes

  • Members show up for coffee because their streak is on the line
  • Badges get posted to social without you asking
  • Guest-to-member conversion you can trace to a specific event
  • A monthly-active percentage you're actually proud to report

Same platform, same price

This is a configuration of the same EngageUSA platform chambers run — not a separate product. Flat rate per chamber. Unlimited members on every plan.

Common questions

Questions we hear.

Can a YP group run separately from the main chamber program?

Yes. A YP group can be its own point group with its own activities, point values, and leaderboard, while still living inside the chamber's account — so leadership sees both without running two systems.

Do we need the Events add-on for a YP group?

Practically, yes. QR check-in at meetups and automated reminders are what make a high-frequency program work, and those live in the $800/year Engagement Plus package.
