Privacy Policy

EngageUSA (“EngageUSA,” “we,” “us”) is a member engagement platform operated by Push Motion LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy covers our public website (engageusa.org) and the EngageUSA platform (app.engageusa.org). Questions? Email [email protected].

Information your organization provides. When a chamber or member organization sets up EngageUSA, it provides participant account information such as name, email address, phone number, role, and business details.

Participation information. Using the platform creates program records: activities logged, points earned and redeemed, event RSVPs and attendance, referrals and meetings, rewards orders, form submissions, and similar engagement data.

Information you send us directly. If you submit our demo-request form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, organization, role, phone, member count, area of interest, and message) so we can respond.

Information collected automatically. On our public marketing pages we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). The platform itself stores a sign-in token and preferences in your browser so you stay signed in.

• To provide and operate the platform: points, leaderboards, events, rewards, referrals, forms, and reporting.
• To send the program communications your organization configures — event reminders and RSVP requests by email and text.
• To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
• To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use participant data for advertising.

Within your organization. EngageUSA is a recognition platform: your name, points, rankings, badges, and participation are visible to your organization's administrators and, depending on its settings, to other participants — for example on leaderboards. Organizations may also choose to publish public leaderboard pages.

Service providers. We use vendors to run the service: cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), email delivery (SMTP2Go), text messaging (Twilio), and analytics on the public site (Google). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.

Legal. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EngageUSA, our customers, or others.

Event reminders and program notifications are sent on behalf of your organization. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can manage email and SMS preferences in your notification settings inside the platform. Consent to receive program messages is not a condition of membership in your organization.

Our public marketing pages use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block these with browser settings or an extension; the site works fine without them. The platform does not use advertising cookies.

Program records are retained while your organization's subscription is active, because they are the organization's engagement history. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected organizations of any breach as required by law.

EngageUSA is designed for adult members of participating organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may access and update your account information in the platform, manage notification preferences, and opt out of messages as described above. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact your organization's administrator or email us — note that some requests are fulfilled through the organization that controls your program's data.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and materially significant changes will be communicated to participating organizations.
