Your chamber defines the activities that earn points, ambassadors log their own contributions from any phone, and the platform maintains live leaderboards, rewards, badges, and year-end rankings automatically.

How much does an ambassador program cost?
The Ambassador Program is $600 per year, flat, per chamber — with unlimited members. There are no per-member fees, so your program can grow all year without your bill growing with it.
Do ambassadors need to download an app?
No. EngageUSA is fully web-based and works on any phone, tablet, or computer. Ambassadors can sign in with a short access code, so there are no passwords to forget.
Can we use our own activities and point values?
Yes — that's the norm. Your chamber defines its own categories, activities, and point values. We provide a proven 37-activity catalog as a starting point, and you adjust anything you like.
What if someone forgets to log an activity?
Ambassadors can backdate entries, so a hectic month never costs someone credit they earned. Administrators can also log or correct entries on a member's behalf.
Can our program year run on a fiscal calendar?
Yes. Each chamber sets its own program-year start month and day, and all leaderboards and year-end rankings follow it — not the calendar year.
