How much does EngageUSA cost?
The Ambassador Program (Program Essentials) is $600 per year, flat, per chamber with unlimited members. Engagement Plus is $800 per year and adds the events suite: QR check-in, RSVP tracking, and automated email and SMS reminders. Referral Groups is a $600 per year add-on to either package.
Is pricing per member?
No — and that's deliberate. Pricing is flat per chamber regardless of how many members you have. A program that doubles in size costs exactly the same, so you never have to choose between growth and budget.
What counts against the message allowance?
Engagement Plus includes roughly 1,200 outbound messages per month on average. Text messages count in both directions (sending a reminder and receiving a Yes/No reply); email counts outbound only. Additional usage is 2¢ per text and 1¢ per email.
What happens if we go over the message allowance?
Nothing stops. We warn you when your projected usage is heading past the allowance and show the estimated overage, but messages keep sending — a reminder never gets blocked because of billing.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and program setup guidance are included. We help you build your activity catalog and get your members in.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't run self-serve trials. Instead we give you a guided demo in a live chamber configured like yours, so you see a real program with real history rather than an empty account.
