What is EngageUSA?
EngageUSA is a member engagement platform for chambers of commerce and member organizations. It runs your ambassador or diplomat program: your chamber defines which activities earn points, members log their own contributions from any phone, and the platform maintains leaderboards, rewards, badges, and year-end rankings automatically.
How much does EngageUSA cost?
The Ambassador Program is $600 per year, flat, per chamber with unlimited members. Adding Events — QR check-in, RSVPs, and automated email and SMS reminders — brings it to $800 per year. Referral Groups is a $600 per year add-on. There are no per-member fees.
Do our members need to download an app?
No. EngageUSA is fully web-based and works on any phone, tablet, or computer. Members can sign in with a short access code, so there are no passwords to forget.
How long does it take to launch a program?
Weeks, not quarters. Most of setup is deciding your activity catalog and point values, and we start you from a proven 37-activity catalog running in a real chamber rather than a blank page.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Members sign in on your chamber's own domain, and your logo and signature appear throughout the experience — including on the certificates members earn from the rewards store.
Is EngageUSA only for chambers of commerce?
Chambers and business associations are our primary focus, but the same platform runs Young Professionals groups, leadership classes, committees, and volunteer programs. They're configurations of the same software, not separate products.
