The EngageUSA Events add-on handles the machinery around chamber events: recurring event schedules, QR-code check-in and registration, RSVP tracking with reply-by-text, automated email and SMS reminders, delivery reporting, and attendance that feeds your points program automatically.

The Events add-on brings Program Essentials to $800/year total. Includes ~1,200 outbound messages per month on average; additional usage is 2¢ per text and 1¢ per email. Unlimited members, as always.

Is the Events add-on required?
No. The Ambassador Program works on its own at $600/year with activities logged manually or by link. The Events add-on brings you to $800/year total and adds QR check-in, RSVP tracking, and automated email and SMS reminders.
How many messages are included?
Engagement Plus includes roughly 1,200 outbound messages per month on average. Beyond that, additional usage is billed at 2¢ per text and 1¢ per email — and you're warned before you get there, never cut off.
Can members RSVP by text message?
Yes. Members reply Yes or No directly to the reminder text and the event's attendance list updates automatically — no app, no link to click.
What happens if a text fails to send?
The platform queues it for automatic retry and records the failure with a reason. Each event produces a delivery report showing what sent, what failed, and what was retried.
