Activity catalog & points
The foundation: you decide what counts, and what it's worth.
What is an activity catalog?
The activity catalog is where your chamber defines which member actions earn points and how many. Activities are organized into your own categories and can be fixed-value, repeatable, or counted per hour — so a luncheon, a social share, and a four-hour volunteer shift can all be scored fairly.
Why it exists
The problem it was built for.
Every chamber values different things. One rewards ribbon cuttings heavily; another cares most about new-member visits. Software that ships a fixed point list is useless to both — so the catalog was the first thing built, and it was built to be edited.
In practice
When a chamber reaches for it.
- Standing up a brand-new ambassador program from a proven starting catalog instead of a blank page
- Rebalancing point values at the start of a program year without touching last year's history
- Weighting the catalog toward recruitment when membership growth becomes the priority
- Scoring hourly volunteering — set-up, greeter, clean-up — at a per-hour rate
What it includes
