How does event QR check-in work?
Every event gets its own QR code. Members scan to check in or register on the spot, attendance records itself, and any points attached to the event post automatically. Recurring events generate on the schedule you set, so a weekly coffee is created once.

The paper sign-in sheet has to be typed up afterward — assuming it doesn't get lost. QR check-in exists to delete that whole step: the member scans, attendance records itself, and their points post before they've found a seat.
