What can custom forms do?
Build forms with a drag-friendly editor and publish them to members, a specific group, an event, or the public. Responses are stored with a snapshot of the form version they were submitted against, so changing a form later never corrupts historical answers.
Why it exists
The problem it was built for.
Chambers were already paying for a separate form tool, then re-typing the responses into their program. Forms exist so the collection and the credit happen in one place — a submission can earn points, count toward a challenge, or unlock a badge without anyone copying data between systems.

- Taking nominations for an award with a public form anyone can fill in
- Gathering member business details without a separate form subscription
- Awarding points or a badge for completing a required form
