Recognition tiers
Status that means something — and comes with real perks.
What are recognition tiers?
Tiers assign members a standing — Bronze through Platinum, or whatever you name them — based on an engagement score you configure. Each tier carries the benefits you attach to it, members can see their progress toward the next one, and every tier change is logged.
Why it exists
The problem it was built for.
Leaderboards reset. Tiers accumulate. Members who have contributed for years wanted standing that reflected the whole arc, not just this quarter — and chambers wanted a structured way to hand out perks without deciding case by case every time someone asks.
In practice
When a chamber reaches for it.
- Giving long-serving ambassadors recognition that doesn't reset each program year
- Structuring perks like a free banquet seat or first pick of ribbon cuttings
- Creating an aspirational path that keeps veteran members engaged
- Auditing who sits where before you plan the banquet
What it includes
- Chamber-defined tier names, ranks, and score thresholds
- Benefits and perk flags attached per tier
- Materialized engagement score per member
- Progress card showing distance to the next tier
- Immutable change log, including downgrades
- Admin audit view across the whole membership
