What are engagement streaks?
Streaks track consecutive periods in which a member stayed active. Your chamber sets the qualifying bar and the window, and the platform maintains each member's current and longest streak, with grace and recovery periods so one missed month doesn't wipe out a year of showing up.
Why it exists
The problem it was built for.
Point totals reward the member who attends one huge event. Streaks reward the member who shows up every single month — a different, arguably more valuable person. The hard part was fairness: a vacation shouldn't erase a year of consistency, so streaks were built with grace built in.
